The Psalmistry
Lord, I will praise You!
I will praise You with my whole heart,
and tell of all the wonders You have done!
Lord, I will praise You!
I'll be glad and will rejoice, Lord;
sing praises to Your name, O Lord most high!
1. The enemy flee!
They stumble before You, Lord,
for You have upheld
our right and our cause.
The nations rebuked;
the wicked have been destroyed:
their names blotted out,
forever, by You!
2. The Lord is our fort,
a stronghold in troubled times.
And those who know You
can trust in Your Name.
Sing praises to God!
Proclaim to all what He's done,
and know that our God will
answer our prayers!
